Adam is the Lead Director at Pip & Co., bringing over 10 years of industry experience across a broad range of clients, sectors, and professional services. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor and an Associate Member of the Institute of Fire Engineers.

Adam founded Pip & Co. to share his passion with working closely with clients, delivering a genuinely client-first approach and acting as an accountable and reliable partner throughout each commission.

Specialising in surveying, project delivery, and fire safety services, Adam applies a well-rounded, solution-focused approach to his work, combining technical expertise with pragmatic advice to achieve clear, effective outcomes for clients.

Outside of his professional role, Adam enjoys spending time walking, eating out, and making the most of his time with his family.

ABOUT WILL

Will is a Director at Pip & Co. with over 10 years of experience. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor, Technical Member of the Institute of Fire Engineers and an NEC Accredited Project Manager.

Will’s role at Pip & Co. focuses on technical deliverables, and client based outputs.

With a wide range of site-based experience, Will provides Clerk of Work and Quality Monitoring services, including typical building surveying-led services. Will has a specialism in Fire Safety, and leads Pip & Co’s technical outputs. He has a wide range of experience across investigation, implementation and design services.

Outside of work, Will has a passion for cycling, running and the occasional DIY project at home.

Pip & Co. is a boutique consultancy specialising in construction, fire safety, and asset management advisory services. Our team comprises Chartered Building Surveyors and Fire Safety Professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality, pragmatic advice through technical expertise and industry experience.
